Both are within about an hour and a half of Statesboro.
Salt air and storms
Homes near the water deal with salt air, strong wind and heavy rain. Screens, gutters and shutters on the coast take more weather than the same parts inland, so it's worth planning for regular checks.
Review boards on the island
Many Hilton Head and Bluffton communities have architectural review boards that approve exterior changes, including colors, shutters, fences and screen enclosures. Get approval first, and we'll build to the approved plan.
